As I sit here at my web, listening to television, news channels are reporting on all
the cases of swine flu in Mexico, USA, and other countries as well. A pandemic in the making.
Also they are reporting just now of a 6.0 earthquake in Mexico.
And how a tornado ripped apart communities in our country yesterday.
There have been tornadoes/hurricanes/tsunamis/monsoons, earthquakes, diseases, famine, and wars, happening in many countries around the world.
Wildfires destroying homes and killing wildlife. Rivers, lakes and streams drying up. Crops destroyed before they even get started because of the drought or floods. Plagues such as HIV, diseases such as the swine/bird flu, and cancer alone is affecting more and more people's lives.
The world economy in upheavel. Jobs in America, and elsewhere, being lost by the millions. Homes forclosed forcing people
to live in tent cities, shelters, or with family in crowded conditions. Children being given away or sold because their parents can't afford to keep them. Pets being left to starve to death, or given to the animal shelters. A friend asked me today, "why is all this happening?"
The answer is in the Bible.
Read Matthew: Chapter: 24.
There are wars and rumors of wars. See to it you are not alarmed. Such things must happen. There WILL BE famine, earthquakes, plagues, diseases, floods, fires and much devastation, all of which are the beginning of birth pains. False prophets will appear and the persecution of Christians has already begun. Prayer or the freedom of prayer, has been removed from schools, and colleges. Marriage between man and woman, betrayed. Abortion is legal.
Televison programs and even some commercials, are way over the edge with sexual conotations. Satan has a mesmeric influence over children playing video games, and cell phone texting. Computers with all it's blatant language and enticing visual/video pictures. Most children no longer respectful. Families are destroyed.
Murder, incest, rape, abuse, alcoholism, drugs, are just a few of satan's tools to cause havoc. Satan has a strong influence over this world, but prophecy will be fulfilled. How many days. months, or years will this go on only God knows.
Time moves on. But our God is still in control. If you do not believe in God then it matters not. Matthew 10:22
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

Since all those happenings mentioned above there was the terrible earthquake that hit Haiti; the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan;
the volcano erupting in Iceland several times; many tornadoes and severe storms in the USA; England getting gale force winds.
Many countries hit with some sort of storm/disaster or war. Fires in mountains because of drought;
the mighty Mississippi River flooding farms, fields, towns, and homes.
The world and Life as we know it is changing. Prepare yourselves - make peace within your soul, Jesus is knocking at your door. <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <>
In Late August and early September East coast hit very hard by Hurricane Irene and Tropical storm Lee.
Many towns here in central and northeast Pennsylvania where Joe and I live were devasted by floods.
Many homes and personal possessions lost. Roads ripped apart, bridges gone.
The mighty Susquehanna River showed just how powerful she can get. Some of the worst flooding in areas since the nineteen twenties.<> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <>
UPDATE MARCH 3rd 2012
Devastating tornadoes hit nine states in the
past several days. 53 people have died.
Towns completely gone. Homes completely destroyed.
Other states laidened with heavy snow or
severe thunderstorms striking other states.
Prayers are the only thing that will help anyone.
And the devotion of neighbors, rescue crews,
medical personal, firemen, police, and national guard.

HURRICANE SANDY HIT NORTHEASTERN USA AND DEVASTATED NINE STATES
WITH HIGH WINDS, HEAVY RAIN, FLOODING, FIRES, AND COASTAL HAVOC
WHICH DESTROYED TOWNS AND CITIES AND PEOPLES BUSINESSES,
HOMES AND LIVES. AND LIVES LOST.
AND TO TOP IT OFF, TWO TO THREE FOOT OF SNOW IN WEST VIRGINIA AND SNOW IN SEVERAL OTHER STATES.

OCTOBER 2015
THE YEARS ARE GOING BY SO FAST.
TIME WAITS FOR NO MAN OR WOMAN.
THE MOUNTAINS SHOW THEIR BEAUTIFUL FALL COLORS.
BUT NATURE STILL SHOWS HER WRATH.
THE WORLD IS NOW IN FULL TURMOIL.

AGAIN NATURE SHOWED HER WRATH WHEN THE LARGEST HURRICANE (HARVEY)
HIT TEXAS AND LOUISANNA.
TOTAL RAIN TO THIS DATE - 52.7 INCHES
AND STILL RAINING IN MANY AREAS.
THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS
OF PEOPLE IN SHELTERS, MANY STILL WAITING
TO BE RESCUED. SOME PETS SAVED BUT SHELTERS
FOR PETS AND UNWANTED ANIMALS ARE OVERCROWDED.
