Strawberry Banana Bread:

1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons milk
1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 cup mashed banana's
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour:

Cream Butter,and sugar. Add beaten eggs in separate bowl mix milk,gelatin, and soda.
Use high bowl (as the mixture will FIZZ)
Add banana's, mix together with butter mixture.
Sift together dry ingredients and Add to the mixture.
Pour into a greased Loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degree's for 40 mins.
